Getting Started

Create your account or sign in

Download Stacky

Get the Stacky app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Create an Account

Tap "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" and enter your email address and create a password.

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email and enter the code given.

Sign In

Already have an account? Simply tap "SIGN IN" and enter your credentials.

Adding a Venue

Scan or enter a venue QR code

Find the Venue QR Code

Look for the Stacky QR code displayed at the venue; usually at the counter, on table talkers, or near the register.

Scan the QR Code

Open Stacky and use the built-in or the device's own scanner to scan the venue's QR code. The venue will be automatically added to your account.

Or Enter the Code Manually

Can't scan? No problem! Tap "Enter Code Manually" and type in the venue's unique code to join.

Once you've joined a venue, you'll have access to their loyalty program, rewards, and exclusive offers.

Find venue locations

The Map tab shows you all the different locations for the venue you're currently viewing.

  • View all venue locations on an interactive map
  • Tap any pin to see that location's information

Wallet

Balance, points & rewards

Your Wallet is your rewards hub β€” see your balance, points, and any rewards you've earned.

  • View your current balance and points total
  • See all active rewards you've unlocked
  • Track stamp reward progress (ticks show purchases made towards your next reward)
  • Access Top-Up and Redeem Points features

πŸ’° Top-Up Balance

From your Wallet, tap "Refill Balance" to add funds to your Stacky balance. You can pay using a debit/credit card or other supported payment methods. Your balance can be used for purchases at the venue.

🎁 Redeem Points

Tap "Visit Reward Store" to exchange your earned points for rewards. Browse available rewards and select the one you want. Once redeemed, the reward will appear in your Wallet ready to use!

🎟️ Using Your Rewards

Once you've redeemed a reward, it appears in your Wallet under "Your Rewards". Tap on any reward to reveal its unique QR code. Show this QR code to the cashier when making a purchase to apply your reward.

Transactions

View your purchase history

The Transactions tab keeps a complete record of all your purchases at the venue.

  • See a list of all your past transactions
  • Tap any transaction to view the full receipt
  • Filter by date to view transactions from a specific period
  • Track your spending and rewards earned

Use the date filter at the top of the screen to narrow down your transaction history. Select a start and end date to view transactions within that specific period.

Profile

Manage your account

The Profile tab is where you manage your account settings and venue memberships.

  • Amend Details β€” Update your name, date of birth, address, and gender
  • Add Business β€” Join a new business by scanning or entering their code
  • Leave Business β€” Remove a business from your account
  • Delete Account β€” Permanently delete your Stacky account
  • Logout β€” Sign out of your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your points, rewards, and transaction history will be lost.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

Common questions answered

My QR code won't scan β–Ό
Try these steps:
  • Increase your screen brightness to maximum
  • Clean your phone screen
  • Hold your phone steady and at a reasonable distance
  • Ensure the QR code is fully visible on screen
  • If using a screen protector, try removing it temporarily
I didn't receive my verification email β–Ό
Check the following:
  • Look in your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes β€” emails can sometimes be delayed
  • Add no-reply@samtouchoffice.com to your contacts
My points haven't updated after a purchase β–Ό
Points are usually added instantly, but occasionally there may be a short delay. If your points haven't appeared after 24 hours:
  • Pull down to refresh your wallet
  • Check your transaction history β€” the purchase should appear there
  • Contact the venue directly with your receipt
  • Ensure your QR code was scanned during the purchase
How do I reset my password? β–Ό
To reset your password:
  • On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and press Send Code
  • Check your email for a password reset request email
  • Find the verification code in this email and enter this on the app
  • Enter a new password in the two fields and then press Update
Your password should now be updated to your new one and you should be able to login to your account.
Can I use Stacky on multiple devices? β–Ό
Yes! You can log in to your Stacky account on multiple devices. Your points, rewards, and transaction history will sync automatically across all devices.
The app is running slowly or crashing β–Ό
Try these troubleshooting steps:
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  • Restart your device
  • If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
